ITPQ is part of the Type Mapping system. It provides insight into which role behaviours would be most useful to ‘grow’ to meet current challenges. Most individuals and teams, even the successful ones, can be a little slow to recognise when the pattern they have developed no longer meets the needs of the situation. By identifying these early people can recognise, adjust and fine tune behaviours which will lead to better outcomes. It uses the same eight role behaviours as identified in the MTR-i™ thus allowing a gap analysis between ‘What I (or the team) are doing’ versus ‘What I (or the team) should be doing’. Once identified, this makes adapting and changing to more appropriate behaviour significantly easier.

This questionnaire explores how people view their relationship using the 5 key domains of the Relational Proximity model (see The Relational Lens published by Cambridge University Press 2016). The 5 domains have 15 sub-domains and 30 dimensionbs allowing both a braod picture and a detailed analysis when required. It allows both sides of the relationship to share perceptions using the ‘paired process’ whereby both can be invited to complete it. This is fundamental to understanding and developing better relationships.
This suite of 3 questionnaires identify the key competencies associated with Leadership, Coaching and the World of Work. They are administered online to nominated ‘others’ (up to 15 people) who complete the questionnaire in order to give their feedback to the individual concerned. Conducted responsibly this is a powerful development process that can taker people out of their comfort zone by challenging their own self view. These questionnaires are only available through people who have been trained or are experienced in this form of feedback.
