Why do this course?

360 feedback is both powerful and sensitive. To make it a positive experience that leads to insight and personal growth requires considerable skill on behalf of the facilitator. This course will cover the range of standard 360 models available from Team Focus (the Coaching Model, the Leadership Model, the Emotional Intelligence Model and the World of Work Model) and the best ways to set the process up, to engage both the subject of the exercise and the participants chosen to give the feedback, address important questions concerning confidentiality and anonymity and practice at how to use the information in the report to best effect.

What is involved:

This one-day course will cover both the principles and the practice of using 360 feedback. All participants will complete a 360 before the course which targets the competencies required to conduct an effective coaching conversation. These reports will be used as practice in small groups during the course.

Your qualification:

You will become registered as a 360 degree feedback practitioner with Team Focus. And be granted full access to all the 360 models available.
