NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-R™)
Test Details and Sample Reports
The NEO PI-R™ is routinely used in senior level management assessment and selection.
The NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-R™) is the standard against which many other personality questionnaires are judged.
It provides a particularly rich understanding of the personality traits that underpin day-to-day behaviour. As with the 15FQ+™, also offered by Team Focus, it is based on the Five Factor Model of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (Anxiety). Each of these five factors is broken down into six facets. For example, for Extraversion the facets are:
- Warmth – Reserve;
- Gregarious – Self-Contained;
- Assertive – Accommodating;
- Active – Leisurely;
- Excitement-Seeking – Cautious;
- Positive Emotions – Low Exuberance.
Team Focus provides professional training in the use of the NEO PI-R™ and access to the Psychological Assessment Resources Inc (PAR) administration and report generation system.
