Roy has worked in organisations at senior levels for more than 20 years and focuses on developing capability and building relationships. He works both as a coach and facilitator; assessments expert and psychometrician, and also delivers some of our advanced training courses.John Gosling M. Phil – Consultant Occupational Psychologist. John has more than 30 years experience in the field of applied psychology and is responsible for all IT development. He is a core part of all psychometric test development projects and is the architect of the Profiling for Success online assessment system.Rosemary Facer M.Sc – Consultant Educational Psychologist. Ro works across educational and occupational psychology. In the former she works with children with learning or behavioural difficulties, as well as high achievers. Occupationally Ro brings her experience of tests and feedback to our training courses and high-flyer assessments.Dr. Mark Parkinson – Consultant Occupational (Business) Psychologist. Mark has extensive experience in consulting across the public, private and voluntary sectors. He specialises in senior team assessment & development, and online psychometrics – especially values and motivation. He also tutors on a number of training courses. Mark has a particular interest in entrepreneur psychology.Janet Newman M.Sc – Consultant Occupational Psychologist. Janet is a training specialist and tutors on our psychometric courses. She is also involved with Assessment & Development Centres as an assessor or manager and writes exercises and simulations. Additionally, Janet is heavily involved in facilitation and counselling.Simon Stokes – Associate & Consultant. The major part of Simon’s extensive career has been in financial services while living and working in Singapore, Shanghai, and Sydney. His earlier qualification as a teacher and more recent experience as a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour have nurtured his continuing interest in education and he is now helping career leaders and teachers at UK schools better engage with their students in making informed career choices. Elvira Botta – Accounts and Projects Manager. Since joining us in 2006 as a book-keeper, Elvira’s role has evolved considerably. She is responsible for all things financial, as well as managing our 360° feedback system and providing logistics and admin support for Assessment & Development Centres and coaching programmes. Her language skills have proved useful in proof-reading and checking translations of some of our questionnaires into various European languages.Linda Paxton – Support Co-ordinator. Linda is concerned with course content, procedures and support, and is an expert on desk top publication. She is the primary contact for all matters relating to attendance on our training courses and also supports PfS online client accounts.Will Watson – Technical Consultant. Joined us in January 2016, Will’s role has been to bring new technology into the business while maintaining our existing system. He is responsible for all our online systems and works to develop better ways to deliver them, while keeping high standards on security.Dr. Elise Facer-Childs – Associate Consultant at Team Focus; Elise is a specialist in the effects of body clocks and sleep on performance, physiology and well being. As a Chronobiologist she researches how people can synchronise their biological rhythms either by changing their environment or by adjusting their body clocks. Her most recent work has looked at how our brains are affected by time of day through the latest neuroimaging techniques (MRI and fMRI) to try to uncover some understanding behind differences in performance. Through scientific research she aims to help people to manage their energy, adjust their sleep patterns and deal with optimising and enhancing both cognitive and physical performance.
