    • August 2019-Present. Senior Advisor of Assessment and Coaching at Mays Business School (at Texas A&M) supporting major clients with executive assessment and individual and team coaching.
    • December 2018-Present. Executive Coach & Advisor including for:
    Managing Partner of a major UK and US based law firm, developing leadership attributes in an acute M&A environment. Coaching based on ‘Voices’ 360 feedback tool. CEO for major Pharmaceutical business in Europe & Middle East.International SVP for largest global ocean cruise line.
    • October 2016-August 2018.Contract assignment as Head of Consulting and Strategic Alliances for Waggl Inc. providing Coaching and Consulting support to major US Enterprises in the Healthcare, Telecoms, Oil & Gas and Financial Services Sector accounts.
    • September 2013-November 2015. SVP Global Assessment & Development for MDA Leadership Consulting based in the Midwest US.
    • September 2012-September 2013. One year assignment as Director of YSC Germany to expand global reach of the consultancy and positioned business for sale/takeover. Achieved this goal in August 2013.
    • January 2009-September 2012. Managing Director at ASK Europe plc. Managing all P&L, growth strategy and targets for team of 27 business development managers/account directors, coaches and consultants. Managed 160 affiliates worldwide.
