The MTR-i Workshop

The aim of this workshop is to enrich participant’s ideas and approaches when using Psychological Type. We are offering the chance to explore applications by using the Management Team Roles (MTR-iTM) model developed by Steve Myers. This model takes Jung’s idea of the dominant function and uses this to create the eight rolesTM of Coach (Fe), Campaigner (Fi), Explorer (Ne), Innovator (Ni), Sculptor (Se), Curator (Si), Conductor (Te) and Scientist (Ti). If you are less familiar with Jung’s concepts of the dominant and orientation of the functions then this is an opportunity to approach this ideas in a practical manner.
