key elements of TYPE and its applications in Coaching, Team Building and Influencing.
- Go beyond the letters – review key concepts of dynamics, orientation and development and share new developments
- Explore the many windows of type - deepening the model and applying it to coaching
- Apply the model to Teams - including activities for trainers
- Explore further applications:
- recent ideas on Type
- resources
- links to values, emotional intelligence and FIRO
