Benchmark personality against an industry-standard questionnaire

The NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-R™) is the standard against which many other personality questionnaires are judged.

It provides a particularly rich understanding of the personality traits that underpin day-to-day behaviour. As with the 15FQ+™, also offered by Team Focus, it is based on the Five Factor Model of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (Anxiety). Each of these five factors is broken down into six facets. For example, for Extraversion the facets are:

• Warmth - Reserve;
• Gregarious - Self-Contained;
• Assertive - Accommodating;
• Active - Leisurely;
• Excitement-Seeking – Cautious;
• Positive Emotions - Low Exuberance.
