Psychometric testing plays a crucial role in our assessment of individuals and teams.

our own range of psychometric instruments under the Profiling for Success brand.
Profiling for Success tests and questionnaires are available both on-line and in pencil-and-paper
format. They include tests of ability and reasoning (verbal, numerical and abstract), tests of memory and attention,
career interest inventories, personality inventories (e.g. the Type Dynamics Indicator) and a variety of special

The Profiling for Success on-line system offers an entirely new kind of assessment experience to the test-taker
and unrivalled ease of use for organisational clients. The Profiling for Success 'Client Area' allows our clients
to set up assessments, selecting which tests are to be administered, which reports are to be sent to themselves, whether
or not feedback reports should be sent to the test taker.
