This course provides an easy way into the application of Type psychology to team building. The MTR-i™ can act as the springboard to other interventions, incorporating individual aspirations (TDI^®) and organisational demands (ITPQ™).

Learn how to identify team behaviour using the eight Team Roles of the Management Team Roles Indicator (MTR-i™).

Then identify the gap between what a team is doing and what it ought to be doing by using the Ideal Team Profile Questionnaire (ITPQ™). This highly practical course will provide you with ideas and exercises that can be used with any team, or in coaching and individual development. As the MTR-i™ and ITPQ™ are part of the Team Focus Type Mapping system this course also allows you to integrate the results with the Type Dynamics Indicator (TDI^®) as long as you already have a Type qualification.
