Jung and Leadership

Apply Psychological Type to Leadership Development

This course gives you a different angle on leadership theory and development, and an edge over those who do not integrate management science with interpersonal psychology.
Jung and Leadership is an in-depth exploration of Jung's controversial views on leadership, the theory on which they are based and practical implications for coaching and development.

This goes beyond Psychological Type into Jung's wider theories of transformation and development. This course provides both grounding in the fundamentals of Jung's theories and insight into his unique view of leadership.

With the emergence of ‘transformational’ leadership, following Burns’ seminal work in 1978, there has been a convergence between Jung’s theories on transformation and leadership theory. This workshop will examine the parallels between the theories of Burns and Jung, and provide practical applications of Jung’s approach to understanding leadership.
