

This course builds on your knowledge of the Hogan™ Development Survey (HDS) and extends its use to working directly with teams.
It is designed to give you practical experience of how to get a team ready, when to address weaknesses as well as strengths and a process for creating the right environment. Once achieved, the sharing of personal vulnerabilities is not only acceptable but is both valued and creates a highly open and supportive climate - which has benefits both for individual well-being and team performance and effectiveness.
