his course on the Fifteen Factor Questionnaire+ (15FQ+™), and the Sixteen Personality Factor (16PF^®) questionnaire family, introduces you to the use of ‘trait’ measurement in personality assessment - modern trait-based questionnaires being based on the work of the eminent psychologist, Ray Cattell, who set out to discover the fundamentals of personality. He eventually isolated 16 key factors which form the ‘raw material’ of personality, and a way of measuring them that is not as obvious and transparent as other questionnaires.

The course covers the evolution of his questionnaire, the 16PF^®, and how his work has led to the development of the 15FQ+™, the latest questionnaire based on his theory; supported by current British norms and up-to-date evidence of reliability and validity. From an accreditation perspective the course looks specifically at how the 15FQ+™ is constructed and the practicalities of administration, interpretation and feedback.
