On both courses, you become a practitioner through a process of learning the background and theory of your chosen instrument, working on case studies and then practising by administering, scoring and managing the feedback. Because we use small syndicate groups with experienced tutors you learn by doing. As with all Team Focus courses, you will have our unique notes and guides to help you get as much as you can from your chosen instrument.

Hogan conversion courses

These courses are for people who already have Level B Intermediate. You can add:

the Dark Side - the HDS measures an area missed by other questionnaires based on research into Management Derailment. This opens up the issue of how great strengths can become significant weaknesses in a non-threatening and non-clinical way.

the Outside - the HPI is a measure of the 7 major factors of personality (1 day); run on demand.

the Inside - the MVPI address the question What really matters to you? It explores ten deep-seated needs and values - recognition, power, altruism, affiliation, tradition, security, hedonism, commercial, aesthetics, science (1 day); run on demand

All three instruments stand-alone as one or two-day programmes and allow you to obtain your Level B Intermediate Plus Certification.
