Our Foundations of Personality course launches you into the fascinating world of personality. Discover the wide range
of different questionnaires from which to choose and have the opportunity to complete 16PF, 15FQ+, NEO,
Hogan HPI, Hogan MVPI, FIRO Element B, MBTI and the TDI - some on-line and some on-paper. Learn about
yourself as well as different ways to approach the question What is Personality?
You will emerge with the first part of the BPS Level B qualification and you will be in a better
position to choose the questionnaire that best suits your needs. With Team Focus you can be assured
that you will learn both the weaknesses as well as the strengths of the various questionnaires.
Once you have completed this course, you can then continue on to one of the Level B Intermediate Courses
where you will become fully qualified to administer, interpret and report on one or more of the questionnaires
you have learnt about in the foundation course.
