Coaching, particularly at senior staff levels, focuses less on the acquisition
of "hard" knowledge and more on the development of the "softer" competencies such
as the abilities to lead, develop, empower and motivate.
With our approach there is no debate about whether "coaching", "counselling",
"mentoring" or 'teaching' represents the ideal modality; our coaches will move
between them as required. We recognise that any coaching contract requires a
combination of them all.
