Many of our own psychometric tests are available on-line at our Profiling for Success web site. Profiling for Success was
initially developed for our commercial clients for the purpose of assessment of job applicants and developmental assessment
of people within their own organisation. However, we have now made some of the Profiling for Success series of tests available
for anyone to take.
The Profiling for Success psychometric assessments cover a wide range of tests and questionnaires of the sort
that are used in employee selection and development. They include ability and reasoning tests (e.g. Numerical
Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning), Personality Questionnaires (e.g 'Type Indicator' questionnaires),
questionnaires which will help you find what kind of work you might be interested in doing plus a variety of
other more specific psychometric instruments.
The ability and reasoning tests that are available to individuals (other than our organisation clients) are similar though
not the same as the ones used in actual job selection. You will receive a report on your results and the experience of taking
one of these tests will be helpful practice for you should you ever have to take an ability test when applying for a job.
