These are the people you will be dealing with if you ask us to work with you.

Roy Childs - Managing Director & Occupational Psychologist. Roy has worked in organisations at senior levels for more than 20 years and focuses on developing capability and building relationships. He works both as a coach and facilitator; assessments expert and psychometrician, and also delivers some of our advanced training courses.

John Gosling - Consultant Occupational Psychologist. John has more than 30 years experience in the field of applied psychology and is responsible for all IT development. He is a core part of all psychometric test development projects and is the architect of the Profiling for Success online assessment system.

Rosemary Facer  - Consultant Educational Psychologist. Ro works across educational and occupational psychology. In the former she works with children with learning or behavioural difficulties, as well as high achievers. Occupationally Ro brings her experience of tests and feedback to our training courses and high-flyer assessments.

Mark Parkinson - Consultant Occupational Psychologist. Mark has extensive experience in consulting across the public, private and voluntary sectors. He specialises in assessment and selection, at all levels, as well as management development and contemporary psychometrics. He also tutors on a number of training courses.

Christine Avis -  Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience and expertise in the use of assessment techniques to inform decision-making and development at the individual and organisational level. Chris delivers a number of our training courses and is also involved in consultancy work which includes delivering high level assessments. Chris is a qualified coach with significant experience of coaching clients at all levels.

Janet Newman - Consultant Occupational Psychologist. Janet is a training specialist and tutors on our psychometric courses. She is also involved with Assessment & Development Centres as an assessor or manager and writes exercises and simulations. Additionally, Janet is heavily involved in facilitation and counselling.

Linda Paxton - Support Co-ordinator. Linda is concerned with course content, procedures and support, and is an expert on desk top publication. She is the primary contact for all matters relating to attendance on our training courses and also supports the Prism data analysis system.

Elvira Botta - Accounts and Projects Manager. Since joining us in 2006 as a book-keeper, Elvira's role has evolved considerably. She is responsible for all things financial, as well as managing our 360° feedback system and providing logistics and admin support for Assessment & Development Centres and coaching programmes. Her language skills have proved useful in proof-reading and checking translations of some of our questionnaires into various European languages.
